What is a Full Service Virtual Tour? |

ValueVacationRentals.com 's Full Service Virtual Tour includes professional photography services for up to 12 photos/panoramas at your vacation rental, building of the Virtual Tour and a general text description of your listing. This means you don't have to be a technical expert to look like one. Just send us an email at virtualtour@valuevacationrentals.com or call 1-775-886-0820 to schedule a photo shoot with one of our professional photographers. We'll handle building the Virtual Tour and linking the Virtual Tour to your listing page (view a sample tour).

How do you attract attention to my Virtual Tour? |
|
|
When you purchase our Virtual Tour service, your listing will be highlighted on our website in several ways. First, your listing will appear at the TOP of the page that shows all listings in your city or location. Second, we attract attention to your listing by placing a Virtual Tour icon (motion picture camera) and blinking "Take a Virtual Tour" text on your summary page listing. Third, we prominently display a blinking "Take a Virtual Tour" link on your final listing page.
We also provide you with a unique URL to your Virtual Tour (i.e. www.virtualtour/12345.com) with unlimited access, so you can share it with all of your potential renters, print it on all of your marketing materials, and email it to anyone you wish!

How much does my Virtual Tour cost? |

A Full Service Virtual Tour is only $199 per listing to create and host for the first year. That includes up to 12 photos/panoramas. Starting in the second year, the annual hosting fee is only $99 per listing. If your vacation rental is located in an outlaying area, an additional one-time photographer "travel charge" may apply. Do you create the Virtual Tour for me? |

Yes. Our professional photographer will visit your vacation rental and take all of the photos/panoramas. We will build the Virtual Tour, including a text description of your vacation rental, and link it to your listing page on ValueVacationRentals.com. Can I link to my Virtual Tour from other sites? |

Yes. We will automatically link your listing on ValueVacationRentals.com to your Virtual Tour. You can also link to your Virtual Tour from other web sites. We will provide you with the web site address (URL) to your Virtual Tour, which allows you to create the link. This link will remain active provided your Virtual Tour is active on ValueVacationRentals.com.

How do I get started? |

If you have not yet listed your vacation rental on ValueVacationRentals.com, please List Your Property. During the listing process, click "yes" when asked if you want a Virtual Tour. We will contact you to schedule a photo shoot with one of our professional photographers.

How long does it take to create my Virtual Tour? |

Our professional photographers are ready and available to get started. Simply contact us to schedule a photo shoot. Once the photo shoot is complete, we will create your Virtual Tour, and link it to your listing page, in approximately 1-2 weeks.

The Full Service Virtual Tour is not available in all areas yet. However, our photographer network is always expanding.
