Tops'l is a "Top 50 US Tennis Resort" located on 52 acres and bordered by sugary-white beaches and a state nature preserve. Tops'l is on the beach between Sandestin Golf Resort on the west side and The Sierra Club Nature Preserve on the east side. My unit is about 1200 square feet and is a short stroll to the beach. There is also a shuttle service that runs throughout the property all year.
You will have access to three outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, and one indoor pool. The main pool overlooks the ocean where a band plays during the summer.
There is a private pool and hot tub located at the Summit building.
