| This lakefront home is located in Lakewood, New York, on Lake Chautauqua, 20 minutes from Chautauqua Institute. Built in 1986, this well equipped home sleeps 11 with 3 large bedrooms, a 4th loft bedroom and 3 full baths. Newer carpeting, ceramic tile and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. First floor #1 master A/C'd bedroom suite has king bed, TV and bathroom with separated commode and shower. This nicely decorated room also has an attached deck. Room #2 Master A/C'd bedroom suite has queen bed , TV, and bathroom with separated commode and shower and also has an attached deck. Room # 3 has 2 twin beds a deck overlooking the lake and a TV with Game system. #4 Loft bedroom has 1 twin and 1 trundle bed (sleeps 3). Full bath with shower and tub and adjoining washer/dryer facilities on first floor. Clean modern kitchen with eating area and skylights is fully equipped including dishwasher,disposal, microwave and coffee maker. Spacious living room includes entertainment center with 27" TV, VCR/DVD combo and stereo system. French doors lead to a private deck with updated patio table and chairs. Weber gas grill and two picnic tables located in yard. This cottage offers a great view of Lake Chautauqua, a 50' dock and lakeside seating area plus fire ring for late night fires. Upper and lower decks offer great views of the lake. Forced air heat allows for year round rental. The cottage is within walking distance of Lakewood Beach, a well equipped childrens park, and Lakewood Village. Restaurants, entertainment. major retail and specialty shopping are all nearby. Please Note: The week of 4th of July rental rate is $1,695.00. All In Season rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. This rental does NOT have phone service - cell phone a must.
