We can offer the best value in the area by renting the house as a 5 bedroom, 3 bath which sleeps up to 12 or we can lock out areas so you can rent a portion of the house as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. High speed wireless internet throughout.
The 4200 sq. foot home features 2 kitchens, a large main living area for gatherings with a gas log stove, 5 bedrooms, three full baths, two Jacuzzi tubs and a 900 sq. foot master suite with an Art gallery.
Five decks (over 1,000 feet) provide spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and privacy for guests. Large stainless steel gas grill is able to be used year round on the deck. The large parking lot provides room for up to 5 vehicles. Additional amenities include gas radiant heat, laundry, 4 televisions with Dish, 3 VCRs with a video library, and wireless high speed internet. A mountain ski guide service is also available. )
