Great lobby security, your own digital key access to elevators, security cameras throughout, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, stacked washer/dryer (how many studios have this convenience???), dual bathroom sinks, beach chairs and mats -- all you need is provided.

Protected parking space is right in the building -- reserved, covered, assigned and easily accessed.
