Enjoy wide open green spaces and relax to birdsong (no dense urban suburbs, traffic or condo crowds here!), then jump into your car for the quick (5 minute or less!) drive to historic Lahaina town for some world-class cusine, gallery hopping or a day of golfing.
The two cottages (one is 2Br/2BA with a 1BR/1BA lock-out ohana as an add-on to make 3BR/3BA under one roof, and the second has two beds/two baths) are set on 2.5 acres overlooking expansive horizons and breathtaking views of all three of Maui's neighbor islands.
To the east, behind the property, is a fantastic rain forested valley. The entire neighborhood is safe for walkers, joggers and hikers with both groomed trails around the development and a rough hiking trail up into the misty valley. The valley walk is like a walk back in time to ancient Hawaii.
Both cottages are fully furnished in a relaxed island style for your comfort and enjoyment, including starter supplies for the kitchen, bath and laundry.
Come and make yourself at home here - relax on your own private deck, with your favorite beverage, wrapped in soothing sounds from the CD player, grill your freshly caught dinner, watch all the interesting boat harbor activity or whales breeching (during the season) and nightly, enjoy every fantastic sunset sliding into the ocean over the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
The two bedroom/two bath cottage sleeps 6. It has hardwood floors throughout, granite counters in the full size kitchen, D/W, each bedroom has a king beds and there is a futon in the living room. Both baths have jetted tubs. The bedrooms have AC, and every room has ceiling fans for your comfort. It offers ocean or mountain views from every room and a wrap around deck, which adds about 900 sf of outdoor living space to better drink in our beautiful Maui weather and views.
The one bed/one bath Ohana has ceramic tile flooring, two private decks, fantastic ocean views from every room, a full size, fully equipped kitchen, A/C and ceiling fans throughout. It has one king bed and one queen futon.
The adjoining 2BR/2BA Palm House has wood floors, tile counters, stainless appliances and is furnished with a queen bed in the second bedroom and a king bed in the Master Suite. It has a generous west deck for dining, grilling and enjoying sunsets and rainbows.
All the homes offer: VCR or a DVD, a CD player, satellite TV with premium channels, propane BBQ grills, laundry facilities, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler for day trips, full size kitchen appliances as well as these common small appliances: toaster, microwave, blender, and coffeemaker. We provide plenty of chairs and tables outside on the decks for your enjoyment of the ocean or mountain views.
Provided are: complete bed and bath linens; kitchen supplies such as coffee and tea, spices and oils; laundry detergent and softeners.
