| This two-bedroom, two-bath condo at the Maui Sunset in Kihei is great for families. Enjoy five acres of beautiful oceanfront property, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and much more.
The unit has two bedrooms and sleeps up to six. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The living room couch opens into a double bed.
The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The living room and entertainment area has cable TV, DVD and VCR. The living room also has a CD stereo unit and the master bedroom has a second color TV.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen also has complete dishware and cookware.
The condo has two bathrooms. The bath attached to the bedroom has a tub with shower fixture. The main bathroom has a shower stall.
Beach towels, bath towels and bed linens are all provided.
The balcony has a table and patio chairs so that you can enjoy the sunshine and view.
All living and sleeping areas are air conditioned. Ceiling fans and fresh breezes naturally cool the units.
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of beautifully-landscaped oceanfront property.
Enjoy the large, 60-foot swimming pool with spacious decks, hot tub and tiki torches. The pool is heated in the winter months. Also in the pool area is an activity hut with knowledgeable staff to provide you with excellent information and discounts on local activities.
Other features of the property are propane barbeques, tiki torches, well-equipped exercise room and sauna, golf putting green, shuffleboard courts and croquet lawns. Public tennis courts are just steps away. All these amenities are free to guests.
There is free parking beside each building, including handicap bays near the elevators. A staffed office facilitates your check-in.
Excellent restaurants are close by. Supermarkets, banks, post office, car rental, dive shops, video rental, drug store, medical clinic and other shops are also nearby.
The basic nightly rate is 160 US in the summer season (April 15 to December 14) and 185 US in the winter season (December 15 to April 14). A 10% discount applies for stays of 7 nights or more, and larger discounts are available for stays of 14 nights or more. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
A 200 US or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to book the unit. The balance of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
We will mail you a receipt and more information about Maui when we receive your deposit.
Children are welcome in our units. Pets are not permitted. There is no extra charge for late check-out (when available) or cleaning.
Currently, Hawaii state accommodation taxes are 11.42% and are added to the rates above.
