Located on the majestic north shore of Kauai in the Princeville Resort, our home has all of the luxuries and amenities you will need or want for the perfect tropical vacation. Located across from the Makai Golf Course, and only a short walk to a beautiful beach, our home has 2,800 square feet of living area. Custom designed and beautifully built to create the feeling of a traditional Hawaiian plantation home, this home is ideal for families both large and small. There are 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites. The first master is located on the main floor and opens out to the secluded rear lanai with large hot tub and outdoor shower. The second master and the two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor. The third bedroom opens onto a covered lanai with beautiful views of the Namolokama Mountains and Waterfalls. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the two masters have their own TVs and large walk-in closets. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeping 4). The three full bathrooms have limestone and granite vanities. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra cooling. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a double futon for extra guests.We also have a pak'n'play crib. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and has service for 12. The kitchen has granite counters, cherry cabinets, a center island breakfast bar, and a large walk-in pantry. The amenities include range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, disposal, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, highchair and complete cookware and utensils. The dining room has seating for 10. DSL High Speed Internet Access!Fully equipped separate laundry room. The inviting and spacious living area is open and airy with an entertainment center including a new flat screen HD-LCD TV with cable, DVD/VCR, and stereo with CD player.The main living area opens out to a large tile lanai, surrounded by dense tropical gardens with hot tub, outdoor shower, wetbar, BBQ gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture. On the second floor, there is a covered lanai with beautiful views- a perfect spot to enjoy sunrise or the spectacular Kauai sunset. TVR Reg. #1466
