I honestly believe that once you rent this unit that you will want to come back again and again! The majority of my renters have returned for additional stays. This unit is available year-round (3 day minimum) and is very reasonably priced because I'm passing on the savings of not having to pay a commission to a rental agency to you.

Cancellation Policy: We will provide a 100% refund less a $25 service fee if the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If you cancel 46 days or more before your arrival date, any rents not received/loss for this rental period will be split 50%/50%. If you cancel 45 days or less before your arrival date, any rents not received/loss the renter(s) will be responsible for 100%.
