Luxurious Spruce Ridge 3 Bedroom plus loft, 3 Bathroom Townhome on free winter shuttle route to shops, restaurants, and Winter Park Ski Resort. Take in the breathtaking views of majestic Byers Peak while soaking in your private Windriver hot tub with lounger and sound system. Great Floor Plan! Decorated with high quality mountain furnishings and art. Enjoy more privacy with bedrooms on each level. On first level enjoy a master suite with log deck, log queen bed and armoire with TV and DVD player. Private bathroom with oversized glass enclosed tiled shower with bench. Second level bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed plus additional twin bed. This room also has a TV with DVD & VCR player and is great for kids. This is main living floor with a full bathroom, gourmet kitchen, living room, and deck with hot tub. The loft on the third level is a great place to relax with a book or puzzle. It has a pull out couch. Second master suite on the 3rd level has a queen log bed, vaulted ceiling, CD player and private bath. Kitchen has granite countertops and backsplash with stainless steel appliances, convection oven and cookware and utensils. Living area has cable TV, DVD, and stereo, leather couch, chair and slate tiled gas fireplace. Amenities; one car garage, washer/dryer, 3 TV's/3 DVD players, cable TV, stereo with CD player, nice hot tub, barbecue grill, slate gas fireplace, and gas forced air heat.
