Description |
| Located on Maui's South Shore (only 25 minutes from the airport), the apartment is in building 1 (3rd floor) of the Maui Vista Condominium Resort. Maui Vista is comprised of three low rise buildings (4 stories each) situated on 10 acres of lush tropical landscaping.
Our building is directly across the road from Kamaole I, a world class beach that affords wonderful year around swimming, snorkeling, and just laid back relaxing.
FULLY FURNISHED & EQUIPPED: Full sized kitchen with all appliances including microwave oven, coffee maker, Pur water filter system, blender, toaster, and dishwasher; air conditioners and fans in BOTH the bedroom and living room; FREE highspeed Internet connection wireless/wired; CD/Tape/AM/FM sound system; queen sofa bed in the living room; in-unit washer/dryer; cable TV, DVD/VCR player, phones in BOTH the living room and bedroom with answering machine; and beach stuff (umbrellas, sand chairs, mats). All linens, towels, cooking utensils are provided.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-out 11:00AM with check-in 5:00pm.
The apartment is SMOKE FREE and we do not allow pets in the unit.

There is a BBQ area, 2 tennis courts, and pool for our building in addition to an activities desk that help with "things to do."
The carpeting, drapes, stove, and refrigerator were replaced in June, 2004.
The hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and lanai are tiled.
