The farmhouse is secluded in a quiet, remotely situated woodland and mountainous setting. Valley Meadow Acres is at Sideling Hill, about 10 miles west of Hancock, MD.

Guests are invited to enjoy spring-fed ponds, wonderful foliage, hiking and picnicking. It is ideal for bird watching and wildlife viewing. The farm ponds are stocked with bass, catfish and bluegill, and fishing is allowed by permit.

Hancock, MD is rich with canal and railroad history. Today, the town is known for its hallmark country dining and town browsing.

Pets and smoking are NOT permitted.

Amenities: Completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. All linens are provided.
