There is a bedroom with a queen bed and two other bedrooms each with two twin beds. There are also two twin air mattresses available for your use. The house is fully appointed with a washer and dryer; cable television in the living room and each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen has all new appliances including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and all new dishes, glasses, pots and pans. There is also a new outside-shower, a charcoal grill, and picnic table for those fun nights eating outdoors and finishing up a fun day at the beach or golf course with cooked marshmallows and s'mores!

If you like to cook, our house is fully appointed, both indoors and out. If you'd prefer to really live it up on vacation, though, there are ample restaurants varying from inexpensive clam shacks to romantic dinners within close distance to the house. You can see the entrance to the beach from our driveway or visit any of the other many beautiful beaches for which Cape Cod is known. There are lighthouse tours, quaint shops, miniature golf, and real golf on some of the most beautiful courses around in short distance to the house. The best ice cream shop on Cape Cod is a two minute walk around the corner. Canoeing, kayaking, and access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bikepath are all a short car ride down the street.

Cancellation Policy
Upon making your reservation, the house will be taken off the market for other interested renters. As a result, no refunds will be issued unless we are able to re-rent the house.
