The house rents on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Check available prices and dates on our Calendar/Rates page. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This home comfortably accepts our limit of six guests. Sorry, we cannot accept pets or smoking. The house will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay.

Balboa Island has beaches, shops, restaurants, fishing, and a boardwalk that encircles the Island for pleasure walks. A small ferry can be found just a block from the house. This pedestrian and 3-car ferry ride takes you two minutes across the bay to the Pacific Ocean. This location permits ocean fishing from the pier as well deep-sea fishing boats, rentals for small sailboats and surfing. Tennis and golf are easy to find in Newport Beach. Balboa Island is located well for easy day trips to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Los Angeles, Hollywood, Legoland and the San Diego Zoo. Local shopping includes Newport Center/ Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Crystal Court and many many restaurants.

Entering from the street, you can see the charming Victorian architecture and a spacious patio where you can spend those sunny days and warm evenings. You can even sit on the patio and use our Wi-Fi connection. Enjoy the BBQ and the pass through kitchen window as you dine on the patio.

Immediately on your left when you enter is the kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes utensils and all amenities you need to cook fine cuisine or a quick meal for your family. A view of the bay is always nice from the kitchen.

Relax in the comfortable living room with fireplace. Pass thru the livingroom to the Den. In the Den you will find a large cable connected TV, CD,VCR and comfortable leather furniture. Just off the Den is the laundryroom and third bathroom.

When you head upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is complete with its own bath, walk –in closet,large TV, VCR, balcony, king-size bed, fireplace and a view of the bay. The other two bedrooms contain one bed each, a king and a queen. This home sleeps six friendly people. We provide linens.

Note the third bathroom is great for showers after a day in the sand as the laundry room and this bathroom is located downstairs and can also be accessed from a side door.

If you walk out the front door and four houses to the beach you will see the Balboa Pavilion and a parade of lovely yachts.
