| Two bedroom two bath condo on the beach in desirable Hillsboro Beach, which is between Boca Raton and Pompano Beach. Hillsboro Beach local police patrol this 3.5 mile community 24 hours a day.
Ocean view. Walk down to private beach. Keyed entry. Elevators. Underground parking (1 space).
Completely furnished, large open living room with dining area, carpet and tile. New kitchen appliances and remodeled master bathroom. Walk in closet in master bedroom.
Condo assn. interview required.
No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

Other Fees
Utilities (electric, phone, cable), application fee ($100), $150 end of term cleaning fee, 11% florida tax. Must tell us up front if you want a phone (we use our cell phones) and if you want cable (TV does not work well without cable).
Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
