| This beautiful condominium is fully equipped to just walk in and start enjoying your vacation. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room and screened-in lanai overlooking the lake. There are two bedrooms one with a king sized bed and TV with VCR and attached bathroom; one with two twin beds and full attached bathroom and the den has a full sized hide-away bed.
Pebble Creek is a private gated community in Naples’ most desirable neighborhood, Pelican Bay. It is located within walking distance of the white/sandy private beaches with umbrellas and chairs included. Just take the short walk through the state protected mangroves or if you don’t feel like a walk, take the private shuttle that comes every few minutes to the beach. The birds and turtles are abundant along your walk or tram ride. Pebble Creek is close to all the Pelican Bay amenities, including tennis, golf, and shopping. Downtown Naples is only a short 7 miles from Pelican Bay.
Amenities: The condominium unit is nicely decorated in blues and whites and includes all linens, towels, kitchen and dining utensils, two TVs, DVD player, VCR, stereo system with CD, alarm clocks, washer and dryer, microwave oven, stove and range, coffeemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash chute and cleaning items including vacuum cleaner.
This lovely condo is located on the first level and is a end unit. It has large sliding glass doors to allow the warm Gulf breezes in, blinds on all windows. The lanai is large enough to dine on, with a glass table and 4 chairs. The Lanai has a lovely view of the lake and fountain.
Pebble Creek is a friendly place landscaped with lush trees, flowers, and a lake. There is a beautiful pool and kiddie pool, fitness center, a Jacuzzi, sauna, a picnic gazebo and barbeque area. A one-car parking garage for the condo and a gated entrance into the complex. Separate outdoor parking spaces are also available.
No smoking in Unit and no pets please.
