| This brand new oceanfront two floor condo has spectacular views of the ocean and is just steps from a sandy, bathing beach that stretches for 5 miles. There is an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, plus an exercise room, gas grills, lounges and beach chairs for you to use on the premises.
This tastefully decorated unit has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and gorgeous views. The second bedroom has four twin beds (two bunk beds). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Other amenities include: four balconies, gas fireplace, off-street parking, a/c and ceiling fans, 2 TV’s with cable, DVD/VCR player, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
There are a variety of family restaurants and ice cream parlors as well as miniature golf, kiddy rides and amusements, and a water slide within just a few blocks. From the duplex, it is 20 minutes to the Foxwoods Casino, 30 minutes to Mohegan Sun Casino, 20 minutes to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, 25 minutes to the Ferry to Block Island and 5 minutes to Watch Hill.
