| Tropical Key West style beach house located on the barrier island of Delray Beach 4 houses from the beach and 2 blocks from Atlantic Avenue. Tenant will also have access to the new, member's only Seagate Beach Club located 5 blocks from the house. Delray's famous Atlantic Avenue offers block after block of fantastic restaurants with outdoor seating, great bars with live music and plenty of shopping. So close to the beach, Seagate and town yet very peaceful. This 4 BR, 3 BA house is not your typical beach house. It is beautifully furnished yet extremely comfortable...fantastic master suite. The gardens are lush and professionally maintained making the patio a tropical paradise for outdoor relaxing and dining. In 2008/2009, Owner purchased new outdoor patio seating and installed a new metal roof, new air conditioning systems and padded seagrass rugs. You will love this house and location!!! Tenant has access to the new, member's only Seagate Beach Club (tenant pays guest fee and food/drink charges). House has wireless internet and wireless color printer. Bose iPod cradle/speakers in den and master bedroom...no other stereo equipment provided. House does not have a DVD but has premium cable channels and movies on-demand which can be purchased. Enjoy HDTV on new flat screen TV in den! Front patio table seats 4 and west patio off den seats 6 for dinner plus 4 new comfortable lounge chairs. Additional small table for 4 with umbrella on west patio off kitchen. In 2008/2009 Owner installed a new front loading washer/dryer, new air conditioning systems, new metal roof, and padded seagrass rugs in the living areas.
