This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 651 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 6, fifth floor (end unit). We also manage Unit 653, 655 (on the same 5th floor), - perfect for families traveling together. This condo has many upgrades and deluxe furniture.

Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the large HDTV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.

The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and cute little breakfast table area for informal dining. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.

The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/DVD player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a king size bed and tv set/DVD player and private bathroom, and one with 2 double beds (sleeps 2-4) and a tv set/DVD player. We also have a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a pak-n-play in the unit.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and more challenging golf courses.

Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, electric Plus, new color TVs, DVD players, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels & PaknPlay. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not included. Condo sleeps up to 10.

The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.

It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all levels.

The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.

There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Historic and charming St. Augustine is only twenty minutes away, and boasts great historic sites, charming shops, art galleries, and great places to eat.

Water sports abound in the area, including surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, water skiing, boating, kayaking, fresh water fishing, surf fishing, and deep sea fishing. Lots of folks just like to go down to the beach, relax and listen to the waves. Just a few minutes north, drive on to the beach and go for miles.

There are nearby state parks to bike or walk in, with fishing, an ornamental garden, nature walks, and even the ruins of an old plantation.

St. Augustine Florida is only 20 minutes away by car.

Area: Beach house is located near the charming town of Flagler Beach which includes a grocery store and a couple of local seafood restaurants on the bay.
