Description |
| This single family home is located on the intercoastal waterway
on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private dock.
The home has a heated jacuzzi and outstanding views. You can relax and go boating or fishing, stroll to the wide sandy
beach, or enjoy the abundance of attractions available just a short
hop away.
The large greatroom has double French doors with 20 ft. high ceilings, which opens out onto
the deck with incredible views of the waterway. In addition to
the three bedrooms, the den includes a bed which
comfortably sleeps an additional two guests. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped, and also has a washer and
dryer in the separate laundry room.

Clearwater Beach is just 10 minutes to the north, and John's Pass
Village in Madeira Beach is approximately 10 minutes south. Both
have numerous water activites, beach shops and many unique
restaurants and nightclubs. Orlando is approximately 90 minutes
with all the theme parks, and Tampa is a quick 30 minute hop over
the bridge for the Airport, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Ybor
City, Tampa Bay Buccanneers Football, and the beautiful
newly redeveloped Downtown St. Petersburg with Bay Walk is about a
20 minute drive. There's swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing,
golfing, gambling boats, any kind of restaurant imaginable,
shopping, night life, all withing walking distance or a short
drive. There is a beach trolley that runs from Sand Key
(Clearwater) to Pass-A-Grille Beach, which is a great way to relax
see all the barrier islands without driving.
