| 30 yards off Sarasota Bay with private boat slips. Grass play or Grill area overlooking the bay for morning sun rises. Also a beautiful large fishing pier with lights. If you cross the street just 100 yards the other direction it's the Gulf of Mexico, with its beautiful, private white sand beaches and great sunsets! This complex has a beautiful big heated swimming pool for the kids, and a Jacuzzi for the adults. My unit is ground level and has a private screened in porch overlooking a lush landscaped courtyard.
It's very private and nice! Amenities: Rooms are completely new, everything floors, walls, tile, fixtures everything is brand new! This unit has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, great refrigerator with ice maker, electric oven, stove, new dishwasher, electric can opener etc. TV, VCR, great furniture, pictures and more! BR B Activities: /B BR Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, sailing, and great fishing. Also the island is known for great shelling. Boat rentals, parasailing, and Jet Ski rental are all very close.
Top notch restaurants, shops, and famous boutiques in Saint Armands Circle only 10 minutes away. Downtown Sarasota only 15 minutes away. Tampa is about one hour. BR B Area: /B BR Downtown Sarasota is full of culture, restaurants, museums, theaters and much more! The famous Mote Marine Laboratory on adjacent Longboat Key is even closer. Kids and adults can see marine life in this renowned aquarium, as well as partaking in interactive classes and games.
