lawn chairs,gas grill,front porch,quiet neighborhood.All you need to bring is your own bath and kitchen towels, paper products and bed linens. House will be clean upon your arrival, please clean house before your departure. House has Time Warner basic cable year round and can be upgraded to high speed internet and a larger digital cable package and even phone for week long or longer stays.
