You can even catch a glimpse of passing dolphins playing in the surf. Rent horses for a stimulating canter along the shore! Walk to the pier for sport fishing, and visit Sea World and the San Diego Zoo! Relax on two private patios from the master bedroom and living room which walks right down to the beach. Come enjoy the fine restaurants, unique shops, and exiting night life of San Diego.
Across from the natural estuary and wildlife. Waveskiing/kayak, with private instruction. Located in Imperial Beach, which is a pet friendly area. You can have dogs on the beach for miles and miles. We are 5 minutes south of Coronado, 10 minutes South of Downtown San Diego/Gas Lamp District, 10 minutes north of Tijuana, horseback riding stables a few minutes away, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo is North about 20 min. There is sport fishing, golfing, windsurfing, surfing, boogie boarding,Kayaking, snorkeling, bird watching, tennis, rollerblading, deep sea fishing, dolphin watching, rock climbing, hiking and great mountain biking trails just out your front door. Handicapped accessible, beachfront ground floor unit. Snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, parasailing, jet skiing, rafting.
DVD player, domestic help available, airport shuttle, video library. For Whellchair acessibility please call so I can get the measurements for the wheel chair. Very close to alternative Health medical care, cancer treatments clinincs, New hospital in Tia Juana, Mexico for Canadians that have poor health care and need to take action in TJ Mexico!

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are dependent upon our ability to find a substitute tenant. If a cancellation is made prior to receipt of any of the payment, your deposit would be refunded only if we can find a substitute tenant.
